Santa Barbara Superior Court Releases Exhibit Protocol in Response to Pandemic

 In an effort to provide structure and uniformity to the manner in which Exhibits are submitted for a remote hearing or trial, the Santa Barbara County Superior Court has adopted an Exhibit Protocol for its Civil Departments, effective immediately. 

This is an important step by the Court to help bring more certainty and predictability to the procedures for conducting hearings and trials in the wake of the pandemic.  All trial attorneys with business in Santa Barbara should familiarize themselves with these rules.
